The first admission bonus for "Chainsaw Man: Reze Arc" will be a deluxe booklet

(C) 2025 MAPPA/チェンソーマンプロジェクト c藤本タツキ/集英社

he first special gift for fans of the anime film "Chainsaw Man: Reze" will be a booklet with an original cover illustration by Tatsuki Fujimoto entitled "Love, Flowers, Chainsaw Guide."

It has also been revealed that the rock band "Maximum the Hormone" will be performing an insert song in the film.

The original is a battle action manga by Fujimoto currently being serialized on Shueisha's manga app "Shonen Jump+."

It follows Denji (voiced by Toya Kikunosuke), a devil hunter living a poor life in order to repay the debts his parents left behind. Due to certain circumstances, he makes a contract with Pochita (Izawa Shiori), the "Chainsaw Devil," and fights as "Chainsaw Man," endowed with the heart of a demon.

The "Reze Arc" picks up where the final episode of the TV anime aired in 2022, and follows Denji as he plunges into an unpredictable fate while being manipulated by Reze (Ueda Reina), a girl he meets while sheltering from the rain.

The "Love, Flowers, Chainsaw Guide," which will be distributed from the first week of release, will include an original four-panel comic drawn by Fujimoto, a behind-the-scenes commentary that reveals some of the original storyboards and rough drafts from the "Reze" chapter, and valuable settings and storyboards for the film.

The first four bonus gifts for moviegoers have been decided, and details will be announced at a later date.

The insert song sung by Maximum the Hormone has been decided to be "200 Million Centimeters of Blade (estimated 70% complete release edit)."

The song uses the previously unreleased second verse of "200 Million Centimeters of Blade" by the same band, which was used as an insert song and in episode 3 of the TV anime, and the lyrics are about Reze.

The animated film "Chainsaw Man: Reze Arc" will be released nationwide on September 19th.

The full comment from Maximum the Ryo of Maximum the Hormone, who will be singing an insert song, is as follows:

[Maximum the Ryo-kun (insert song artist for "Maximum the Hormone")]

"200 Million Centimeters Long," the ending theme song for Episode 3 of the TV series and also used as an insert song, will be making a comeback as an insert song in the film "Chainsaw Man: Reze Arc"!

The song is called "200 Million Centimeters Long (Estimated 70% Revealed Edit)."

We can finally hear the TV-sized "continuation" lol.

One of the reasons we've only released the 90-second TV-sized version until now is...

Actually, the second verse of the song is about Reze.

I never thought that such a song would actually be used in the "Reze Arc" film...!

This marks my second consecutive win in my dream battle! Lol

Thank you!
