The original work, published in February 2022, is the debut novel by Kurusu, a live streamer affiliated with the VTuber group "Nijisanji."
A certain incident leads to a former teacher, Rei, who has traumatized interpersonal relationships, accepting a job offer and transferring to Shiranui High School, a private high school located in the mountains and surrounded by abundant nature.
However, it turns out to be a place where "non-human girls" of various races who aspire to be human learn how to become human themselves.
The original work has already been published in four volumes.
