Short anime "Rilakkuma" to begin airing in April 2026; teaser visual featuring Rilakkuma revealed

The short anime "Rilakkuma" has been scheduled to air from April 2026, and a teaser visual has been released.

This animated version of San-X's popular character Rilakkuma tells an exciting story that will lighten your heart.

The teaser visual features a cute design of Rilakkuma, Korilakkuma, Kiiroitori, and Chairoikoguma popping out, with the tagline "Together, you can go anywhere with Rilakkuma, and your days will expand."

The staff includes directors Masami Itatsu and Yumi Kamakura, character designer Chitose Morita, music by Kota Yokoseki, Yoshiya Ikeda, and Mizuki Kanno, and as previously announced, animation production will be handled by Production I.G.
