"The Bride of Barbaroi" postponed to April 2026

A tale of marriage between former enemies in another world

 The broadcast start date for the TV anime "The Bride of Barbaroi" has been postponed from the scheduled October to April 2026. 

This was announced on the official website on September 3rd. The reason for the postponement is to further improve the quality.


The series is based on a manga by Kotobanoriaki that is currently being serialized in Bessatsu Shonen Magazine (published by Kodansha). 

The story follows Seraphina, a princess knight who is said to be the strongest in the kingdom, who is defeated by barbarians and taken prisoner. 

During her days as she is passionately courted by the barbarian king, Veor, she learns about his true nature and different cultures, broadening her perspective and gradually changing.

The manga "Strawberry Elegy" is currently being adapted into a TV anime; a romantic comedy about stepbrother and step-sisters

Animated project in progress (C) 神馬耶樹 ひらふみ／Suiseisha Inc.  It has been announced that a TV anime adaptation of the manga "Strawberry Elegy: A Messy and Innocent Little Sister and Her Unresolved Brother" is currently in the works. It will be produced as an "AnimeFesta Original," known for works such as "Adam's Sweet Agony." The story is a romantic comedy about the new life of Kota, who became siblings after his parents remarried, and Aika, a high school girl with a kogyaru personality.  The two are very different in personality and often clash, but Aika gradually begins to take an interest in Kota, who is very caring. The first admission bonus for "Chainsaw Man: Reze Arc" will be a deluxe booklet
