The comedy "#Elf Living In Kanagawa" full of "Kanagawa-like" stories is being adapted into a live-action drama and light animation

The fantasy comedy manga "#Elf Living in Kanagawa," which is filled with "Kanagawa-related things" that only Kanagawa residents can understand, has been made into a live-action drama and a TV anime (light animation). 

Both will be developed within tvk Television Kanagawa's "Neko no Hitai Hodo Wide," with the live-action drama starting on September 30th and the light animation starting in December.

The manga "#Elf Living in Kanagawa" by manga artist Yoroida, who lives in Sagamihara City, Kanagawa Prefecture, is a comedy about elves who live in Kanagawa after the forest where they once lived was burned down. 

The story revolves around an "elf from Yokohama" and the "people from Kawasaki" who can't help but feel uncomfortable around him, and incorporates elements of Kanagawa.


The live-action drama will feature Yoshitaka Shion as the elf in Yokohama, Akazawa Ryotaro as the human in Kawasaki, Takura Teruhisa as the elf in Yokosuka, Asada Junya as the elf in Chigasaki, Hatakeyama Rio as the elf in Sagamihara, and Akabane Ryuga as the orc in Machida. The drama will be directed and written by Yoshida Uronta


The staff and cast for the light anime version have not yet been announced.

The manga "Strawberry Elegy" is currently being adapted into a TV anime; a romantic comedy about stepbrother and step-sisters

Animated project in progress (C) 神馬耶樹 ひらふみ／Suiseisha Inc.  It has been announced that a TV anime adaptation of the manga "Strawberry Elegy: A Messy and Innocent Little Sister and Her Unresolved Brother" is currently in the works. It will be produced as an "AnimeFesta Original," known for works such as "Adam's Sweet Agony." The story is a romantic comedy about the new life of Kota, who became siblings after his parents remarried, and Aika, a high school girl with a kogyaru personality.  The two are very different in personality and often clash, but Aika gradually begins to take an interest in Kota, who is very caring. The first admission bonus for "Chainsaw Man: Reze Arc" will be a deluxe booklet
